Lorna Vanderploeg presented her 6th speech from the Competent Communicator manual entitled "How to Deliver Difficult Messages".
Sharon D'Arcey completed her 10th speech from the Competent Communicator manual. Her speech was entitled "Excuses, Excuses, Excuses".
